Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Aid Coordinator to support our operations.

This role will focus on delivering essential information and assistance to both prospective and current students.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Financial Aid, emphasizing adherence to federal regulations, institutional policies, and exceptional service to students.

Engage with students to facilitate the securing of funding for their chosen programs.

Work in partnership with the Director of Financial Aid to ensure that all information provided to students aligns with Federal, State, and institutional guidelines.

Support the Director of Financial Aid and the Financial Aid Administrator in achieving campus objectives and goals.

Assist in the preparation of necessary reports as directed by the leadership team.

Follow up with students to gather outstanding documents or to arrange appointments as needed.

Contribute to the development of funding strategies, processing cash plan requests, packaging prerequisite programs, verifying non-Title IV loan approvals/denials, and managing document uploads.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation: Starting at $19/hr

Work Hours: 9am-6pm PST
