About the Role

As an HR Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional employee experiences and supporting the day-to-day operations of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide clear advice and information to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • HR Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions, including HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
  • Case Management: Research and resolve HR cases using the ServiceNow case management system, documenting case details and resolution.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledgebase articles, and FAQs for all areas of accountability.
  • Employee Records: Maintain employee personnel records and other HR records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned scope of work, proposing solutions and ideas to enhance HR support for employees and people leaders.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in an HR administrative support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work as part of a high-performance team; experience with MS Office (Word, Excel); preference for 2+ years experience with Workday and ServiceNow or similar system experience.
