Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Strategic Factory. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, assisting in operational functions, and collaborating with colleagues to support customer interfacing plans and actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize professional communication skills to accurately define customer needs and provide responses
  • Estimate costs by communicating with customers and building a cost analysis in our ERP system
  • Research and recommend promo items and apparel for customers, encouraging creativity
  • Communicate with customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of adjustments
  • Enter job information into specialized software to receive accurate estimates
  • Revise estimates as needed due to changes in orders
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients on a regular basis about jobs
  • Troubleshoot product issues that occur
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
  • A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
Requirements
  • Prior experience or training in the promotional and apparel industry or a related field is required
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a High School diploma is required
  • Prior experience using an ERP system is preferred
  • A solid understanding of computers, data entry, internet searches, the Microsoft Office suite, and email applications is required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to change are necessary
