Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Winn-Dixie. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and packaging food products, and processing customer orders to their specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner
  • Prepare and package food products to meet customer specifications
  • Process fresh meats, smoked meats, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen food, and salted meats to production standards
  • Properly wrap, weigh, and price product
  • Properly cube, slice, and grind meat
