Job Summary

ProLocums is seeking a skilled Physiatry Physician to join our team. As a Physiatry Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care and management in a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation setting
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Requirements

• Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (BC)
• Experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically MediTech

Work Environment

• Flexible hours with a focus on weekdays, no weekends
• No call-hospitalist will take for nights and weekends
• Will do admissions and/or evaluate patients within 24 hours of admission

Types of Patients

• Degenerative Nervous System Disorders without MCC
• Aftercare, Musculoskeletal System & Connective Tissue without MCC
• Rehabilitation without MCC

• Number of patients per shift: 5
