Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care setting.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska (or Compact) and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work a rotating block schedule with 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, including every other weekend.
