Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by being aware of and adhering to our service standards
- Meet sales and work goals as directed by store management while following company policies and procedures
- Lead other team members by being an example of accuracy and completeness in work
- Control cash and maintain accuracy of sales transactions
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions according to policy and procedure
- Maintain awareness of current sales promotions and merchandise presentation
- Ensure stock is well arranged and merchandised properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas within the store
- Develop and maintain necessary product knowledge and fitting skills
- Participate in physical inventories, assist with shipping and receiving merchandise, and participate in merchandise placement on the sales floor when needed
