We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Care Management Peer Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with team members to provide support and guidance to behavioral health consumers.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Senior Care Management Peer Assistant, you will act as a functional mentor, helping guide team members in performance of duties. You will also provide experiential insight into skills that promote and maintain wellness and recovery, conducting outreach to members missing appointments to reinforce engagement. Additionally, you will refer appropriate questions and issues to clinical and nonclinical team members, exercising independent judgment on moderately complex issues regarding job and related tasks.

**Key Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required

**Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience
