The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Job Description
- Develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management systems, such as SharePoint sites and internal databases.
- Facilitate data storage, sharing, and utilization, enabling effective information sharing among analysis, assessments, and legislative materials.
- Advising the Government on best practices for utilizing KM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Train system users, including IC partners, while providing user guides and support.
- Integrate information with other databases as required.
- Utilize automated tools and visualizations to enhance user access and insights.
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to support collaboration and information sharing.
- Report and track metrics to measure progress against various programs and policies.
- Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance information exchanges across systems.
- Maintain an organization-wide repository for instructions and policy documents.
- Build data repositories tailored to mission needs that generate relevant visualizations for analysis and reporting.
Salary Range: $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
