About the Role:As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in our critical access setting.
We are looking for compassionate individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Med/Surg environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
- 1+ years' experience in Med/Surg or Critical Care
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
