Overview

We're seeking a part-time Deli Cook to join our team at IGA Southeast. As a Deli Cook, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to our sanitation and safety standards.
  • Prepare and receive products, stock shelves, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Make PA announcements and effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and lift 25 lbs. consistently, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technical requirements.
  • Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
