Web Press Operator

Globus Printing & Packaging is a leading company in the printing industry, seeking an experienced Web Offset Pressman to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our Hantscho 35" heatset web press, ensuring quality control, ink management, registration, and overall press performance. This individual will work closely with other assistants/pressmen to achieve our production goals.

We run various formats, including 4/c, 2/c, and k/k, while finishing products in 1/4 fold, 1/2 fold, or double parallel. The selected candidate will have opportunities to develop their skills and become an operator within our team.

We offer multiple shifts to accommodate different schedules:

• Sun-Tues: 6 am to 6 pm
• Mon-Wed: 6 pm to 6 am

Each shift consists of three 12-hour days, with paid lunches and breaks. After meeting the full 36 hours, you will receive an additional 4 bonus hours each week, totaling 40 hours.

Overtime is available most of the year, and you will be paid at 1.5x your hourly wage for any extra hours beyond 40 per week.

• Web Offset experience is essential for this role.
• While we are willing to train the right candidate, it is expected that they start as an assistant before becoming an operator.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $75,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
