Travel Nurse RN Specialist

HealthEcareers - Client is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join their team in a CVICU setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a CVICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CVICU setting.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
