Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with personal care services, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Support patients with mobility issues, such as transferring and ambulation
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as needed
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Companion (CMT) certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and transfer patients, as needed
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
