As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care in alignment with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
You will implement and oversee patient care plans, serving as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in delivering well-coordinated patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Documenting and executing physician and nursing orders.
- Assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Must possess a Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing prior to the hire date or job transfer date.
A diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire is mandatory.
