About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with children and adolescents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a RN in this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to children and adolescents in the Adolescent and Child Units
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or a related field
  • A valid RN license in the State of South Dakota or eligibility for multi-state licensure
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
