Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, store traffic, customer engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, leveraging data analytics and marketing technologies to drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated seamlessly across various channels, fostering a cohesive and synchronized approach.
Campaign Management:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital channels, to maximize customer touchpoints and engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI, making recommendations to maximize acquisition and lifetime value.
Brand Positioning:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing channels, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.
Cross-Channel Integration:
  • Foster collaboration between traditional and digital marketing teams to create cohesive and synchronized campaigns, implementing omnichannel strategies to maximize customer touchpoints.
Performance Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of integrated marketing efforts.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging professional development and skill enhancement within the team.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in integrated marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing data analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
