Polishing Technician

We are currently looking for a Polishing Technician to join our Operations Team at Operation Support Inc. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for operating sanders to achieve precise surface finishes, inspecting machinery and equipment, and monitoring production processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Job Summary:This role involves operating sanders to smooth metal surfaces, maintaining equipment and work areas, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate sanders to polish metal surfaces to desired specifications
- Inspect machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance
- Monitor sanding process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Participate in team efforts to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ability to operate sanding machines and tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct imperfections
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience with sanding in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
