Job Summary:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. As a pediatric nurse with Thrive SPC, you will have the opportunity to work with a team that values excellence, respect, integrity, compassion, and social responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled pediatric care to patients in their homes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:

• RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
