Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution.

· Active membership and good standing with the New York Bar Association.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.

· In-depth knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and relevant case law.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Proficient negotiation and mediation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.

· Empathy and sensitivity towards clients navigating personal and emotional challenges.

· Proficient in legal research software and case management systems.

· High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards.
