As a Physical Therapist at La Villa Grande Care Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in physical therapy.
- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification in physical therapy from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
- Minimum one year of experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
