Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Utilize therapy techniques to help patients overcome mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in behavioral therapy and mental health counseling.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in behavioral therapy, clinical counseling, or a related field.
  • A strong background in working with individuals with trauma, substance use disorders, and/or complex medical issues.
  • A valid license to practice therapy in the state of employment.
  • A solid understanding of clinical research principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
