Janitorial Worker

The Arthur Jackson Company, a Pritchard Industries Company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in the Philadelphia region. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities and office buildings.

• Clean designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities as required.
• Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Clean spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly.
• Refill dispensers with soap, lotion, paper towel, and toilet paper.
• Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocols.
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours.

• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with others and take direction.

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
