Swim Rescue Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Swim Rescue Specialist to join our team in Collinsville. As a key member of our water safety team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of park guests.

Job Summary:

This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, and providing care within your designated zone of water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Respond quickly and competently in emergency situations, providing care as needed.
• Work effectively with supervisors, staff, and guests to maintain a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

• 16 years of age or older; OR 15 years of age with a worker's permit
• Lifeguard Certification from StarGuard Elite
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate mornings, evenings, weekends, and summer holidays
• Ability to work effectively with others and respond quickly in emergency situations

Benefits:
