Key responsibilities include managing a large-scale kitchen operation, overseeing a team of culinary professionals, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service.
About the Role:
- 5+ years' experience as Executive Chef or an Executive Sous Chef in a high volume environment
- Experience within corporate business dining, hotels, or country clubs
- Culinary degree preferred, or equivalent experience
