Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Emerald Health Services. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in skilled home health and be licensed to practice in Alaska. The facility requires Oasis and Epic charting systems. The traveler will be expected to have their own transportation and be able to drive up to 50 miles for patient visits.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in skilled home health
  • AK License
  • Oasis and Epic charting systems
  • Primary series COVID vaccination and one booster
