Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Completion of a Nursing Assistant I program is mandatory. Must be listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I. Medication Safety - AME certification is required. Completion of NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility-specific) within three months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units is required.
  • Preferred Skills: Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
