Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Unit Coordinator to join our team at Highland Health Care Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating life enrichment programs for our residents, ensuring compliance with company standards, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate life enrichment programs, including planning, decorating, and participating in special events
  • Lead daily programming assignments of associates, volunteers, and entertainment
  • Complete program documentation as required by company standards or state requirements
  • Act as a resource for associates and families coping with dementia
  • Collaborate in education of associates regarding dementia care
