Job Description:



We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in a home setting. As a PRN therapist with Sobe Innovative Rehab, you will work on a per diem basis, choosing when you work and accepting or declining cases based on your availability.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting
  • Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR


Qualifications:




  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
  • Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
  • Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist


Job Type: PRN



What is PRN?



PRN stands for "pro re nata," which means "as needed." As a PRN therapist, you work on a per diem basis and are part of an on-call pool of therapists.

  • Flexible Schedule: Choose when you work and accept or decline cases based on your availability
  • Variety of Settings: Work in ALF and residential home settings, gaining experience across different patient populations
  • Higher Rates: Often offer higher pay rates, making up for the lack of benefits
