Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Project Coordinator to coordinate and traffic the implementation of our software, Universal ERP, for new clients.

This role involves managing project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transitions from kickoff to post-go live.

  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely project completion.

  • Coordinate and traffic the implementation of Universal ERP.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and managing kickoff meetings, training sessions, and post-go live meetings.
  • Issuing and managing Basecamp project plans for new clients.
  • Updating and maintaining support subscriber lists for client support continuity.
  • Organizing and issuing reports based on weekly status meetings.
  • Monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Recognizing projects that are off schedule and collaborating with management and the implementation team to resolve issues.
  • Providing regular status updates to clients and internal leadership.
  • Ensuring that training materials are up-to-date and distributed to clients.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
