Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. As a PTA, you will work in a home care setting, providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, representatives, and caregivers.
  • Provide physical therapy services as ordered by physicians, including exercises, modalities, and education.
  • Document patient progress and response to treatment, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Counsel and educate patients and caregivers on health-related needs and goals.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota.
  • Two years of experience as a PTA preferred.
  • Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office.
  • CPR certification.
