Server - OC - Rockwood Lane

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server to join our team at Cceasternwa in Spokane. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

• Take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner
• Serve food in accordance with health standards, ensuring it is palatable, appetizing, and at the proper temperature
• Clear and clean tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Serve food from the steam table to the resident dining area as needed
• Attend in-services and other meetings as directed
• Report incidents or accidents to management

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Dining food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal food quality standards, including health guidelines and safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a positive dining experience for our residents.
