Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Front-Line Employee - You'll be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care to our customers.
- Performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
- Ensuring everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
How We Measure Success
- Attendance: Meeting our Customer Service goals requires being here as required by your Supervisory team.
- Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing the time planned and spent at each job is crucial for profitability.
- Return Rates: Ensuring quality control to minimize rework is essential.
- Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer and ensuring exceptional service keeps them coming back.
- Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all the above possible.
