Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Parts Selection and Fulfillment: Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their needs, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving, locating, and stocking parts as needed.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including special orders and back-orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Return and Exchange Processing: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Service Department Support: Provide exceptional service to our Service department, assisting mechanics with parts acquisition and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
