Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner. Offer product suggestions when appropriate, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
  • Stock and Rotate Products: Ensure freshness and date control by properly stocking and rotating department products.
  • Operate Department Equipment: Safely operate department equipment and tools as needed.
  • Assist with Receiving Vendor Merchandise: Help receive and process vendor deliveries promptly.
  • Unload Truck Deliveries: Unload truck deliveries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy.
Requirements
  • Meet Legal and Company Policy Age Requirements: Must meet minimum age requirements for employment and comply with company policies.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Authorization to Work: Authorized to work in the United States or ability to obtain authorization.
  • Background Check: Successfully complete pre-employment drug testing and background check.
