Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-time Teller to join our team at First Federal Bank of Louisiana. As a Part-time Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Operate a cash drawer, manage cash handling responsibilities, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Assist customers with various banking services, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial products.
  • Work collaboratively with other bank staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Previous bank teller experience preferred.
Work Schedule

The normal part-time work schedule is Monday through Friday, either from 8AM - 1 PM OR 12 PM - 5 PM. May occasionally be required to come in early or stay late, as needed. Regular attendance is required.
