About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Epic Analyst to join our team at Community Health Network. As a key member of our professional billing team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our end users.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Epic systems and methodologies, with the ability to independently perform system life cycle tasks, including planning, analysis, design, application building, testing, maintenance, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and guidance to end users on Epic systems and methodologies
  • Independently perform system life cycle tasks, including planning, analysis, design, application building, testing, maintenance, and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Epic systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years of IT-related experience or 3+ years of IT Sr. Analyst experience
  • Current or previous Epic certification strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
