Music Educator

Position Overview

This recruitment is aimed at securing a qualified candidate for the role of Music Educator within the Visual and Performing Arts department.
- A valid California Single Subject credential in Music is mandatory.
- Supplementary authorization is acceptable if accompanied by a Multiple Subject Credential.
- Candidates may receive credit for up to 10 years of prior full-time teaching experience (verification required).

Qualifications and Requirements

In lieu of a credential copy, candidates must provide a letter from their university on official letterhead indicating the type of credential and the expected completion or award date, or a credential application to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
To ensure consideration of your application, please attach the following required documents. Inappropriate attachments may result in disqualification:

• Credential Copy (Valid CTC credential displaying Name, Expiration date, and Document number. Note that a certificate is not considered an official document.)
• Letter of Introduction
• Three Letters of Recommendation (must be dated within the last two years)
• Resume
