Job Summary

The Residential Coach will assist in the implementation, training, and integration of the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) throughout the residential program. This role involves working closely with program leadership to ensure model fidelity and integration. The position requires availability for evening and weekend hours and work on the residential campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, assistance, and education to crossover youth and their resources while on campus and during the transition to the community.

• Coordinate communication between the identified crossover youth\'s team to assist with and monitor their progress in incorporating the ITM skills into their lives.

• Assist in running groups, skills coaching in the milieu, and reinforcing ITM skills in all milieu environments in all programs.

• Effectively schedule self to carry out work during traditional and non-traditional work hours, including some evening and weekends, to provide role modeling to all staff.

• Provide ongoing training of ITM to new staff as well as refreshers.

• Develop and provide ongoing monitoring of ITM in every milieu through ITM Environmental Adherence, milieu observation, and group observation.

• Attend and participate in all mandatory program and agency meetings.

• Assist with program development, document review, and preparation for implementation of the integrated treatment model throughout the assigned JCCA program.

• Develop expertise in ITM (MI and DBT) through attending internal and external trainings.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate\'s degree in human services, education, or a related field required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

• Minimum three (3) years experience working within a residential setting, foster care, or child welfare agency.

• Knowledge of Dialectical Behavior Therapy preferred.

• Experience in running group discussions, skill-building, and/or coaching youth preferred.

• Excellent written and communication skills, required.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, required.

• Bi-lingual-Spanish, ideal.

• Salary: $45,000-50,000
