Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance, adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership protocols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • ASE certifications and manufacturer-specific training preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Master Service Technician.
  • Excellent technical and mechanical skills, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
