This position entails a client-facing role within Benefits Account Management, where you will engage directly with clients, producers, and insurance carriers. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire account management process, including preparing quotes and estimates, facilitating presentations and open enrollment sessions, negotiating with carriers, and equipping clients with the necessary tools to effectively manage their employee benefits. Additionally, you will assist clients with claims and other inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the renewal process for a designated portfolio of accounts
- Engage in negotiations with insurance carriers
- Advise on modifications to plan designs
- Communicate opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits Account Management
- Familiarity with Fully Funded Plans; experience with Level and Self-Insured plans is advantageous but not mandatory
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, including a comprehensive benefits package featuring employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Paid Time Off. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
