Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at World Market. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload trucks and check in product according to company procedures.
  • Stock merchandise according to visual standards, schematics, and productivity standards.
  • Maintain the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards.
  • Adhere to all company loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers utilizing World Market service standards.
  • Cashier according to customer service guidelines and register procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative and respectful culture.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to initiate a conversation.
  • Minimum age 16 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
