Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and promote the esteemed Red Wing brand image through professional sales techniques.
- Accurately enter customer information and sales data into our system, manage payments, and balance cash drawers.
- Ensure proper measurement and fitting for every customer.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively.
- Engage in lead development for industrial sales during fittings.
- Support the Mobile Sales Representative during on-site sales and fittings.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Key attributes include:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Experience in retail footwear or wholesale environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform bending and lacing tasks, and climb ladders. Responsibilities also include store maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, and maintaining displays.
