Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology or rehabilitation nursing.
- Experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically, approximately 50% - 70% annually.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical knowledge in urological or rehabilitation nursing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret clinical research.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt training for various audiences.
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
