**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a goal-oriented **Baker** who thrives on being successful. As a key member of our Bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, and baking a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Open the bakery early in the morning to ensure timely production
• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough for various breads and pastries
• Prepare, produce, and bake a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries, including gluten-free and vegan options
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking and quality control
• Recommend new recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers
• Track food supplies and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels
• Perform other duties common to the Bakery department as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements:**

• Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role
• Must be 18 years of age
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
