Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cytotechnologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting, Inc. on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cytological techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and document abnormal cells or structures and prepare detailed reports for pathologists.
- Maintain proficiency in cytological techniques and stay updated on new developments in the field.
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance protocols to ensure accurate results.
- Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Assist in the training and supervision of laboratory personnel as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in cytology.
- Understanding of laboratory safety and infection control practices.
