  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments
  • Follow ADLs and IADLs for each client
  • Update clients, families, and office staff on client condition
  • Observe and report any changes in client mood, health, or behavior
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of home healthcare experience
  • Active CNA license/certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be willing to travel to cities within the Northern VA area & Loudoun County
