We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our 27-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). Our team specializes in caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions, including pre and post-operative cardiac patients, cardiomyopathy patients requiring mechanical circulatory support, and patients with heart failure and post-MI cardiology conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- ~ 1 year Nursing experience
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
