Work Environment: May encounter challenging situations and dissatisfied customers. The role involves working with potentially hazardous items such as hot beverages and kitchen equipment. The work environment can be quite warm.
Physical Demands: Requires constant standing, reaching, pushing/pulling, handling/grasping, bending/twisting, talking/hearing, and lifting/carrying weights between 1 to 25 lbs. Frequent walking, visual acuity, stooping/kneeling/crouching, and taste/smell are also necessary. Occasionally, lifting/carrying weights between 25 to 49 lbs. may be required.
