Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our clinical team at Allergy Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our physicians in delivering exceptional medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support
    • Assist patients with preparation for exams and treatments, including vital sign collection and Spirometry testing.
    • Provide support to physicians during exams and procedures.
    • Prepare and maintain medical supplies and equipment, including sterilization.
    • Document patient information and medical records accurately and efficiently.
    • Facilitate prescription processing and patient education.
    • Administer allergy injections and monitor patient reactions.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with patient scheduling and coordination.
    • Manage medical records and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Communicate with patients and providers regarding test results and medical information.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve patient care goals.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an ambulatory practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records and practice management software.
Working Conditions
